Offering Policies & Values

Rhea Mader supports and guides people in personal healing, positive life change, and end-of-life planning.  She does this by offering one-to-one sessions, group courses, self-guided courses, information, and advice based on her experiences, training, and education.  Rhea makes no promises to the outcomes of those who choose to work with her.  She is not a medical or healthcare provider and does not conduct any medical, or psychotherapeutic work, or diagnose in any way.  Rhea offers spiritual perspective and coaching guidance that aids in self-healing and self-empowerment.

Rhea Mader is not a counselor, therapist, medical, or healthcare provider, and she does not diagnose or treat.  The information offered during any session is not a substitute for medical advice.  All sessions are intended to support positive personal and spiritual growth.

Anyone requesting a session must be 18 years or older or have signed parental consent otherwise.

You are responsible for the time and date of your session, whether that is in person or virtual.  All virtual sessions will take place via Zoom audio or video meeting.  Zoom is free.  If you are not familiar, it is important that you acquaint yourself with the platform prior to your scheduled session time.  If meeting virtually, a personalized link will be sent to you prior to your scheduled session.  If you are late for your session, Rhea will honor any remaining time, but can’t go over the allotted time due to her schedule.

Rhea Mader follows a cancellation policy. As a service dedicated to growth, Rhea will take each situation into account, but please be respectful of Rhea’s time and schedule.

  • Cancellations prior to 48 hours are greatly appreciated
  • Cancellations prior to 24 hours will be offered a partial refund or an opportunity to reschedule
  • Cancellations after 24 hours or not showing up for a session will result in a full service charge

If you have never worked with me before, and you feel the session is not what you expected, you have the right to verbalize that you would like to end it at any time.  If you verbalize that you would like to end a session within the first 15 minutes of starting, a partial refund will be offered.  If you do not say anything after 15 minutes, Rhea Mader will not offer a refund.

All offerings are created with the deepest love and intention for the highest good of all.  The journey to the sacred place within calls us to embrace courage and devotion to the self.  On this voyage, you may encounter challenges or complications.  Rhea asks that you honor your internal knowing of what is right for you.  Always source from your community of support or seek one if that is not currently present in your life.  Rest when you need it.  Step away, if you need to.  What is meant for you will be available to you.  How you choose to travel is up to you.

These are the boundaries Rhea Mader asks you to honor and respect if you engage in our courses or offerings:

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY:  Rhea expects that you will be able to hold yourself in whatever supportive ways you need.  If you should need additional support or resources, you will act in a self-motivated way to find those resources.  If you find yourself in a season of life where resourcing support isn’t accessible, these offerings may not be for you.  This work is powerful and has the potential to bring up big emotions.  Rhea does not provide therapeutic support to any participant.

CRITICAL THINKING & AUTONOMY:  You are your own expert.  You are expected to think critically and act from a place of your own personal autonomy to accept, challenge or reject a concept that is presented through  Practice self-awareness and take only what serves you and leave the rest.

RESPOND VS REACT:  When faced with discomfort, it can trigger to react impulsively.  Rhea honors this as a true and honest part of personal growth and expansion, but isn’t available to process therapeutically with you in the spaces that she creates and holds in groups and communities.  Rhea expects you will be personally responsible for resourcing someone to process with you.  If you are charged by something, take sufficient time to pause and reflect on your personal discomfort.  Ask yourself what is behind it.  Is it yours?  What would be the best outcome?

Thank you for honoring our creativity and being ethical in your approach to Rhea’s offerings.  Rhea appreciates your integrity.  Always acknowledge and give credit to her work.  You may not copy or claim any of the materials or processes as yours.  This includes directly lifting and/or editing bits and pieces.  If you would like to share content or processes, you will need to contact Rhea Mader for written permission.  You may not share materials with anyone who has not made an investment or exchange for it.
