Soul Spaces: Connecting, Relationships & Earthing

Relationships, Connecting, and Earthing
It looks like every other week will be the norm for a new release of the Soul Spaces series. I attended an ASIST workshop at the beginning of this week which was perfect leading up to what I wanted to talk about in this episode of Soul Spaces. ASIST stands for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training. I’ll share more on the episode but you can also find out more HERE. I believe creating connection is a vital part of our health and wellbeing and the environments we are in can be part of serving that connection and relationship with others. Some of us are more introverted than others but it’s still important to have other people in our lives. Grounding and Earthing are part of helping us in our everyday life. Earth is also a key element to help us with relationship energy. I’ll give you some ways to incorporate our beloved mother into your sacred spaces as well as help you think about ways to balance earth with fire. Stay tuned until the end for a challenge over the next month.<iframe frameborder='0' height='200px' scrolling='no' seamless src='https://embed.simplecast.com/511f6b3f?color=3d3d3d' width='100%'></iframe>
